PATHWAYS TO SUCCESS AFTER HOMELESSNESS

 

Pathways to Success After Homelessness provides comprehensive, integrated mental health services including housing for 200 individuals including:

• children and their families;

• transition age youth (ages 18 – 25);

• adults (ages 26 – 59); and older adults (age 60 and older).
