The Effort Medical Clinic
Provides comprehensive primary care including Family Practice, family planning, well child care, immunizations, sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment, physical exams by appointment only, premarital blood testing, pregnancy testing, confidential HIV testing and counseling.
Fees on sliding scale based on individual income, also accepts Medi-Cal/MEDICARE.
