Effective June 1, 2011, Anthem Blue Cross HMO is also an available health plan in Healthy Families in these additional counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Sacramento, San Francisco, and Stanislaus.

New 2011 Federal Income Guidelines (FIGs) Effective April 1, 2011! (Posted on 04/01/11)
The Federal Government recently issued the 2011 Federal Income Guidelines (FIGs). Healthy Families has new income guidelines this year! For a child to qualify for Healthy Families, one of the requirements is that the family’s monthly income (after applicable deductions) must fall within the program guidelines. Applications received on or after April 1, 2011 will be based on the new 2011 FIGs.

Health-e-App Public Access (Posted on 12/19/10)
The Health-e-App Public Access online application is now available to the general public! HeA PA allows families to apply online from the comfort of their own homes. HeA PA includes many new improvements and help features that are available to Enrollment Entities (EEs), Certified Application Assistants (CAAs) and public users. Read more
