Ensuring High Quality Services
The Division of Behavioral Health Services is committed to the provision of culturally and linguistically competent services. As one of the most ethnically and racially diverse counties in California, we appreciate differences and understand that we must embed cultural competence in all areas including operation, policies, and structures to be responsive to the changing dynamics of our community. Behavioral Health Services are monitored by a committee comprised of system-wide partners; consumers, consumer liaisons, family members, advisory board members, County staff, and community-based organizational providers.
