SeniorLink
Program Launched inJanuary 2011
SeniorLink is a culturally sensitive community based program designed to provide support services to seniors (ages 55+) demonstrating early signs of isolation and/or depression. SeniorLink utilizes Advocates who will reach out to participants in their homes or community and assist with improving their health and wellness. Program services include:
· Provide Opportunities to become involved in the Community
· Increase Opportunities for Socialization
· Transportation Services as needed
· Become Involved in Groups
· Participate in Social Activities
· Meet New People and Friends
· Connect with Cultural and Spiritual Groups
