Respite Partnership Collaborative Member Applications Due April 26
Respite Partnership Collaborative member applications due April 26
Sierra Health Foundation: Center for Health Program Management is accepting applications for membership in the Respite Partnership Collaborative (RPC), a community-driven body of dedicated individuals working together on an innovative project that supports respite programs as a way to respond to mental health crisis.
The RPC is a partnership of the County of Sacramento Division of Behavioral Health Services and Sierra Health Foundation: Center for Health Program Management. The RPC is funded through the
Sacramento County Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Innovation Component.
The RPC began in May 2012 to address mental health crisis by establishing respite options to help reduce the need for hospitalizations that could occur as a result of mental health crisis. The RPC will announce a total of three funding rounds through 2015 to support mental health respite programs.
RPC members are volunteers who are committed to the mission of the project, and represent a diverse cross-section of interests related to respite care for mentally ill adults, children with complex mental health issues and family members in Sacramento County.
Learn more about the RPC and download RPC application instructions and the application form on Sierra Health Foundation's web site.
Applications are due by noon on April 26.
We ask that all applicants attend the RPC Applicant Orientation on May 7 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Sierra Health Foundation. Register online.
