The Health Rights Hotline provides free assistance and information about your rights in health care
LANDLORD/TENANT
If a landlord wants to evict you, a 30-day or 3-day Notice/Letter must be served to you by the landlord or their attorney. This is the first of several steps taken during the eviction process. After the period in the notices has run out, the landlord must still go through the court and give you a 3-Day Summons or an Unlawful Detainer in order to evict you. To appeal the eviction, you must respond to the court within the given time. If you do not respond, or the judgment is in the landlord's favor, you must move. If you do not move, the sheriffs department can forcibly remove you from the premises. If you have landlord/tenant concerns, you may call the following agencies:
