How to Access Mental Health Services in Sacramento County

Access is staffed by professional clinicians who would be glad to discuss your concerns, determine what steps might be helpful, and provide information about outpatient providers where you may schedule an appointment if outpatient treatment is appropriate through Sacramento County.
