T Street Coop - Homelessness or risk of | · Carol’s Place - 30-120 day brief transitional housing program. · Palmer Apartments - 12-month transitional housing program focusing on goals to end cycle of homelessness, including addiction and barriers to successful community integration. · Cooperative Homes - permanent, cooperative residential housing programs. Residents live cooperatively to reduce the stresses and expenses of independent living. One site provides housing for adult clients with families. |
